Privacy Policy

In short

KlippBoy doesn't collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app talks only to the printers you add.

What stays on your device

• Printers you add: name, address and port are saved on your device. The Moonraker API key, if you enter one, is saved in the iOS or macOS Keychain.
• Preferences: language, appearance and similar settings are saved on your device.

This information never leaves your device except to connect to the printers you configured. Deleting the app deletes it.

Connections

KlippBoy connects directly to the Moonraker server of each printer you add, usually on your local network, to show its status, files and camera and to send the commands you choose. No data goes through servers run by the developer or by third parties.

Live Activities are created and updated by the app on your device. KlippBoy doesn't use push notifications.

Permissions

• Local network: to find and reach your printers.
• Files: only when you choose a G-code file to upload to a printer.

This website

klippboy.com has no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. It's hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs to run and protect the service.

Children

KlippBoy doesn't collect data from anyone, including children.
